G&P has an extensive practice in labour law that involves consulting and representation of Clients regarding all aspects of employment and labour relations’ regulation, that allows our Clients to manage relations with their employees effectively. Our lawyers advise on a wide range of issues pertaining to contract drafting, enforcement, and termination. We help our Clients to develop internal employee policies in compliance with the current RF legislation, as well as to provide guidance on the specific application of policies to particular cases. Our team can also provide advice and handle various types of proceedings, both in court and before state administrative bodies, regarding implementation of the RF Labour Code and relevant legislative acts and settlement of disputes between employers and employees.

Should it be necessary, we will also handle obtaining work permits, licenses and registrations pertaining to labor relations.
