The Administrative Rules of the RF Federal Tax Service concerning providing the state service on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs have been changed


The changes to the abovementioned Administrative Rules of the RF Federal Tax Service have entered into force from July 03, 2018 (except for specific provisions which shall enter into force on October 01, 2018). It is connected with the necessity to bring the procedure of the abovementioned state registration in compliance with the legislation changes in this sphere.

It has been clarified for example, that the result of the state service on state registration shall be prepared in the form of electronic documents. Paper documents shall be prepared only in case if a tax inspectorate has the respective request from an applicant. If documents required for state registration are submitted to the tax inspectorate in the form of electronic documents, they shall be signed by the applicant’s encrypted digital signature.

The Order of the RF Ministry of Finance of April 20, 2018 No. № 86n «On introducing amendments to the Administrative Rules of the RF Federal Tax Service concerning providing the state service on state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and farm enterprises adopted by the order of the RF Ministry of Finance of September 30, 2016 No. 169n”.
