For example the list of grounds for refusal in state registration has been added and includes now the following:

• providing the documents executed with violation of the requirements established by cl. 1.1 and par. 1 cl. 1.2 art. 9 of the abovementioned law;
• providing the documents containing the false data.

If the applicant has been refused in state registration in connection with the fact of non-providing the required documents or providing the documents executed with violation of the established requirements, he shall have the right to correct the documents and provide them additionally but only once within 3 month from the date of the decision on refusal in the state registration. The applicant shall not herewith pay the state duty again and provide the documents already filed to the registration body.

Also the new method of checking the updated information on the expected registrations actions in respect of a certain legal entity or individual entrepreneur has appeared. Such method allows to receive the necessary information in the form of messages sent to e-mail.
